The hair care set includes a natural rosemary shampoo that promotes hair growth and soothes the scalp, and rosemary conditioner, which contains a lot of useful fatty acids.
Natural rosemary shampoo contains gentle surfactants that form a creamy foam and are gentle on the skin. ProVitamin B5, which strengthens hair, helps to reduce hair damage and broken ends. Nurme natural conditioners are rich in beneficial fatty acids and have moisturizing and smoothing properties. Conditioner forms a protective layer on the hair follicles.
Rosemary essential oil promotes hair growth, helps relieve dry scalp and dandruff problems, has a soothing effect on itchy scalp.
APPLICATION: Wash your hair with shampoo, repeat the wash if necessary. Apply a small amount of conditioner and leave on for 1-2 minutes. It can also be massaged into the scalp to moisturise. Rinse with plenty of water.
Nurme conditioner is quite thick and you dont’t need a lot. When the bottle is emptied to the last third, we recommend to add a little bit of water to facilitate use.

Shipping information
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the European Union (EU).
Our products are sourced from both European and international partner warehouses, including locations within the EU (e.g., Italy and Spain) as well as China.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Depending on the country and delivery location, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed after entering the delivery address at checkout.
Shipping fees include packaging and handling.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed based on your location after entering your delivery address at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping origin (EU or international warehouse) and item availability.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link.
5. Partial Deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
6. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping fee.
7. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & warranty
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@trendbazaar.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by us, as stated on the return label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
