Nurme’s Magnesium Gift Set is an excellent gift for anyone looking to alleviate magnesium deficiency in their body. It includes a 100ml bottle of Magnesium Oil and 700g of Magnesium Chloride flakes for foot baths in a gift box.
This Magnesium gift set contains Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride sourced from a pure natural spring one mile deep in Northern Holland. Magnesium chloride has been naturally condensed and purified for over 250 million years. The fastest and most effective way to relieve magnesium deficiency is through the skin, such as by soaking in foot baths with added magnesium chloride flakes. The flakes are absorbed into the porous dermis and then into the bloodstream and muscles, where magnesium’s effects are most immediate.
A sufficient supply of magnesium in the body makes it more flexible, less fatigued, and better able to heal itself. Adequate magnesium intake can help relieve muscle cramps, relax muscles, improve sleep quality, and facilitate falling asleep.
Directions to use magnesium flakes:
The foot bath method requires dissolving 150g (approximately a glassful) of flakes in warm water and soaking your feet for at least 20 minutes.
The full-body bath requires dissolving 250g of flakes in warm bath water and soaking for at least 20 minutes.
It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week, either for the whole body or just the feet. If necessary, the frequency can be increased.
Magnesium flakes can be used by people of all ages, including pregnant and breastfeeding women. For children, it is recommended to halve the amount used, as their daily magnesium needs are not as great as those of adults.
100g of magnesium flakes contains 12g of pure magnesium.
Magnesium oil, when sprayed directly onto the skin, is also absorbed into the porous dermis and then into the bloodstream and muscles. This way, magnesium does not go through the digestive system, where many nutrients may not be absorbed.
Directions to use magnesium oil:
Spray it 5-10 times over the entire body and massage it in. It is best to use the oil after a shower or bath when the skin is warm and pores are open, allowing magnesium to be better absorbed.
Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas such as around the eyes. The oil should be applied primarily to joints and muscles and any other areas of concern.
It can also be used during pregnancy.
Oil can be used at any age, but for children we recommend halving the amount – their daily magnesium requirement is not as high as adults.
Eight sprays of magnesium oil contain about 100 mg of pure magnesium.
Magnesium itch: You may feel a slight itching or tingling sensation during the first few uses. This may be a sign of magnesium deficiency in the body and is due to rapid absorption of magnesium into the skin. With regular use, the tingling subsides. As the magnesium is absorbed immediately, the skin can be dried with a towel after the oil has been applied.

We currently ship within the European Union (EU).
Our products are sourced from both European and international partner warehouses, including locations within the EU (e.g., Italy and Spain) as well as China.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Depending on the country and delivery location, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed after entering the delivery address at checkout.
Shipping fees include packaging and handling.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed based on your location after entering your delivery address at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping origin (EU or international warehouse) and item availability.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link.
5. Partial Deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
6. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping fee.
7. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & warranty
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
